Q: How long does it take to build a Factory Custom Cascade?
A: ALL Cascade orders are built within 48hrs of receiving the order from an Authorized Retailer. All Cascade products are built in the USA and shipped from Syracuse, NY.

Q: How do I know what size I need?
A: There is no substitute for trying on a protective piece of equipment. Fit is crucial in the product performing at it’s full potential. Both head size & shape will effect what size helmet or eyewear you need.
Q: How should my helmet fit?
A: For details on fit, please refer to our HELMET SAFETY BOOKLET that comes with every helmet or utilize the digital copy for your added convenience HERE. Q: I changed schools/my team changed colors, how do I change my helmets colors?
A: The color of your helmet is permanent; there is no way to change the components. Painting your helmet is not recommended and will void the warranty.
Q: How do I repair my helmet or eyewear?
A: All Cascade helmets have a One Year Warranty and all Cascade eyewear have a Two Year Warranty. If your Cascade product is under warranty, you can contact Customer Service at 800.537.1702 to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. All returns must be issued a RA number to be received & processed. To obtain an RA number you will need the serial number from the helmet so please remember to have the helmet near by when you call. The serial number can be found under the left ear pad.
Q: My helmet or eyewear is out of warranty, how do I get it fixed?
A: You can contact Customer Service at 800.537.1702 to find the best action for your product. It’s likely that you should contact a NAERA certified Reconditioner. Customer Service can direct you.
