Returns

Cascade Maverik develops world class products for the lacrosse community, and we take great pride in the quality and performance of those products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Non-custom products purchased directly through cascademaverik.com may be returned within 30 days.To receive a refund, the product must be in its original undamaged package, it cannot be used or washed, and it must contain all accompanying parts. A return shipping fee of $9.99, per package, will be deducted from the refund credit amount.

Exclusions:

• Each Cascade Custom helmet is uniquely built to your specifications and typically
  ships within 48 hours. So once your order is placed, our team is on it! As a
  result, we are unable to cancel custom helmet orders or accept returns.
• If you purchased your Cascade Maverik products at one of our retail partners, please send return requests directly to the retailer.
• Promotional items(camp giveaways, raffle items, etc.) are not returnable.

Once returned items have been received by our warehouse, inspected, and confirmed to meet our guidelines, a
refund will be issued to the original form of payment (less $9.99 return shipping charge, per package) within 3 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take 10-14 business days for this transaction to appear on your statement.  As soon as a refund has been issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email.

Need that item in a different size? Unfortunately, we are unable to make exchanges at this time, so we recommend returning the unwanted item(s) and placing a separate order for the new item(s).
